About Us

Phantom Scout LTD was formed in 2004 by Charles Brown (CEO) and Victor Bowie (COO). After having worked on various projects together for a few years, they decided to formally join their services and expertise to create a company that would focus on film, entertainment and real estate financing.

At Phantom Scout we follow the DaVinci tradition. We are as innovative as the artwork, and as advanced and uniquely structured as the science and writings of Leonardo DaVinci. Our approach to our work is with an open, creative mind and a view towards the future. We use creative and diverse methods that build models in structuring and financing film, real estate and business projects. We welcome new ideas while using proven methods that have now gone global. We truly have sources and associates in strategic countries and have no limits to what we can do worldwide in Credit Enhancement and Structured Financing.

Our consulting firm, Financial Advisory Associates International LLC, is the liason between Phantom Scout (lender) and our clients. It is an independent investment, private equity and debt advisory firm founded in 1992 that focuses on assistance in organizing and increasing the productivity of your business. Dealing primarily with private equity and debt fund replacement, we work in helping to increase cash flow by establishing an efficient credit department with receivable collections and equipment financing for expansion.
